This policy explains what we do with the personal information you give us through this website. North East Building Services Ltd is the data controller.

What we collect

When you complete our enquiry form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, and — if you choose to give them — your phone number, postcode, project type, budget band and the message you write. We don’t use cookies to track you, and there are no third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Why we use it

We use these details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and discuss the work you’re asking about. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box and sending the form. We do not sell or share your details, and we won’t add you to a marketing list.

How it’s handled

Your enquiry is delivered to us by email through our email provider (Resend) and received at our business inbox. It is stored only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any resulting project, after which it is deleted.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand which pages are visited. This does not identify you personally and sets no tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To do any of these, email us at enquiries@nebsbuild.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
